When: March 3, 2012 8am to March 4, 2012 5pm.
Where: Valley of Fire State Park, NV. Group Use Site #3
Cost: Participants will not be charged a fee, but are required to have the appropriate camping and hiking gear, along with their own meals.
Description: This program promotes skills and ethics to support the sustainable use of wildlands and natural areas. This is a two day course with one night of camping. After completing this course you will become a Leave No Trace Trainer and will receive a certificated from the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics in Boulder, CO.
Gear: Camping gear (tent, sleeping bag ect.) You will need to provide your own food, there are two large BBQ grills, but you will need to bring you own camp stove if needed. We also will be hiking so make sure to bring a day pack and good hiking boots.
